My 12 year old daughter has attended several individual and small group sessions with Jay. His feedback style is motivating and positive. He provides immediate feedback and specific corrections on techniques that result in observable improvement. She primarily plays defense, but has been moved to offense more over the last 6 months. After training with Jay, the quality of her shots has significantly improved. Jay is responsive to her goals and she feels accomplished after each training. I have seen growth with her skills and confidence and am excited to how she will progress as she continues training with Jay.

Great energy. Loved drills and the positive reinforcement of every player. The coaches made a point of learning names and encouraging each individual. Daughter has one two-hour session and came away loving the drills and saying she has learned new techniques. She wants more! Thank you!!
